Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, typically within Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Project Controls solutions. Core sectors are the Oil and Gas, Petro-Chemical and Heavy Industry, where Mike has represented both Clients and Contractors.
Mike has an ability to establish and develop project controls processes and procedures to identify and deliver improvements and cost control initiatives, which enhance clients’ businesses and performance.
